Registration for the 2010-2011 season begins May 6th and ends at 5 PM May 18th. This is a 2-step process. The first step is online registration and payment, and the second step involves forms and a picture.  Both steps MUST be completed by the end of the registration process or your registration will be deemed incomplete.
 

Step 1: The first step is Online Registration. You must register your child online to reserve a potential spot for the 2010-2011 season. (Please continue to read through Step 2 below)
 

• To register online, please click on the link below. This will register your child for the tryout and rating process, if required.

• Throughout the registration period the website will be updated frequently listing those that have registered. The final registration list and tryouts/ratings requirements will be posted on May 19th.                    
   
• For U10s and older, the ratings sessions will be held Saturday 5/22 and Saturday 6/5.
• For the incoming U9s, the ratings will be held at the pretravel session on Monday 5/24 and 6/7 from 5:00 - 6:00

Step 2: The 2nd step requires forms and photos.  Once you have completed the online registration, the following must be done:

• Click here to print out the Medical Release Form. Complete the form including insurance information. This does NOT need to be notarized. All players, new and returning, must complete this form each year.

• All new players and players entering the 6th or 9th grade must provide a 1x1 photo.

• New players must also supply a copy of the child's birth certificate or passport.

What to do with the paperwork:

• Returning players should return all of the above paperwork to their team's manager.

• New players should bring their paperwork to Carol Wilke at 11 Old Oak Rd and put it in the box on front porch. Please do not include your uniform orders with this registration material. Uniform orders go to Olivia Parton at 760 King Street.

• Team managers please bring all collected forms to Carol Wilke at 11 Old Oak Rd.

Uniforms. New players must also complete a uniform order. Please click on the Uniforms and Apparel tab and proceed as instructed. If returning players nees any uniform or apparel items please complete the order form accordingly.
